In the final of the Toyota Sopot Match Race 2008 ISAF Grade 1 Przemek Tarnacki (POL) defeated Andrev Arbuzov (RUS). In the fight for the third place Keith Swinton (AUS) defeated Marek Stańczyk (POL)

The weather conditions were perfect for match racing. Sun was shining almost all day and steady wind blew with force of 1-3bft from north directions. This allowed organizers to set up a course near Sopot’s molo as usually.
