Karst Hut is a bachelor and is 54 years of age. He is Dutch from origin and lives in The Netherlands. Besides umpire and judge work Karst is also responsible for managing vessels in the oil and gas industry. He was the Team Manager for the Netherlands sailing team during the 2000 and 2004 Olympics. In 2007 he was member Team Umpire Luis Vitton Cup - events reckon for American Cup. He judged many events Grade 1 in last five years between other 2005-2007 Sopot Match Race.

Member of the final Umpire Team for the 32nd America's Cup in 2007. Vice Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club. 2006/2007 Bermuda J24 Match Race Champion. Umpired numerous Grade 1 and World Championship events including Bermuda Gold Cup (last 7 years), Monsoon Cup, Women's World Championships 2006 (Chief Umpire), Brazil Cup, Latium Cup, Auckland Cup, Allianze Cup and many others.

Andy Wardle has been an Int.Umpire and Int.Judge since 1997,he lives on the shores of Lake Ontario .Close to the city of Toronto. Andy has been active as both an Umpire and a Judge throughout North America and Europe. He has Umpired at many Grade 1 Events, including the Swedish Match Bermuda Gold Cup, and the Women's World Match racing Championships. He has been involved in Olympic Classes Regattas, in Hyeres and Miami over several years.

Zvi Ziblat is judge from 1992. He has started adventure from events 1992 Luis Vuitton Cup, it judged from this time in artistry of worlds match race, about rank 1 grade and two olimpic games.

This year Piero was Umpire during Marseille International Match Race. In 2004, 2005 and 2006 he was Umpire in Sopot Match Race.

Boguslaw Moczorodynski born in 1956, He is the electric engineer. Almost 30 years racing experience, especially on single handed dinghies, mostly FINN on the level of National Top Team, International Judge, National Umpire. For the last year has served as an Umpire at Sopot Match Race Gr.1- 2006, Marseille Match Race Gr.1- 2007 and Sails of White Nights , St Petersbourg Gr.2- 2007

Zofia Truchanowicz, living in Warsaw, is 26 years old. She is the International Judge, National Umpire and PYA Sport Adviser. Main events as International Judge in the last 2 years: ISAF Youth Worlds 2005, 470 Europeans 2005, RS:X Worlds 2006, Preolympic Test Event 2006 i 2007. As national umpire she take part in last 3 years: Sopot Match Race Grade w latach 2004 - 2007, Polish Match Racing Championship 2007, Audi Spring Battle 2005, German Qualifiers 2005.

Tomasz Chamera is a Polish Olympic Team Manager and Director of Racing Sailing Coach since 2001. He is also an International Judge from 2001, International Race Officer from 2004, National Umpire, Motorboat Driving Instructor. Main events: IMCO Youth European Championship 2003 - PRO, Mistral European Championship 2004 - PRO, Volvo Youth Sailing ISAF World Championship 2004 - MNA coordinator, Race Management coordinator, 2005 International 470 European Championship 2005 - PRO, IMCO Youth World Championship 2005 - jury member, International Laser European Championship 2006 - PRO. In 2005 -2007 he was umpire in Sopot Match Race.
