Sopot Match Race Center 2007

With its length of 34 feet, the Diamant 3000 is the flagship of the Sopot Match Racing Center. Like its small sister ship, the Diamant 2000, and the Aphrodite 101, it has been designed by Danish yacht builder Jan Kjaerulff. With this design, Kjaerulff has created a yacht which is hard to beat in terms of its sailing qualities.

Modern design

The key data for this high-performance regatta boat, which combines sporty sailing with a high degree of comfort below deck, are: a flat hull underbody, flexible 7/8 tackled rig, elliptical keel with lead bulb, weighing just 2.8 tonnes with a length of 10.40 metres.

Sporty sailing

The self-bailing cockpit has an open design on the aft side, just like a modern racing yacht. The cockpit itself is very spacious, and offers enthusiastic tour sailors with sporting ambitions a high degree of comfort - something which is naturally reflected below deck, too.

Comfort

Six cabins and a small pantry make sure that the crew can sail in comfort on small to medium-length trips. A 14 HP diesel engine ensures safe sailing in all weather situations.
